My emails got permanently deleted from my deleted folder. I need to retrieve emails deleted 1 year ago. Is there way to retrieve those?

I realize that you want to recover your emails which has been deleted 1 year ago.

It can be difficult to retrieve permanently deleted emails, but if they are not in the Deleted Emails folder, they may be in the Recoverable Emails folder. This folder contains items that have been permanently deleted from the Deleted Messages folder. To access this folder, go to the Folders tab in Outlook and click on the Recover Deleted Mail button. From there, you can select the emails you want to recover and then click on Recover Selected Items button.

If you have a backup of your Outlook data, you can recover deleted emails from there. For this, you need to restore the backup to the last point in time when the emails were still in your account.

If none of these steps work, you may not be able to recover deleted messages. It is always a good idea to back up your Outlook data on a regular basis to avoid losing important emails in the future.

I've gone into a complete panic, I was transferring my outlook from old Mac to new Mac, I must have deleted by mistake, and my deleted folder is empty too,
