My team has a Group Calendar for managing PTOs / events. We are looking into a way to add this calendar under "My Calendars", so we can sync statuses to Slack using Outlook plugin.

Move Group Calendar to My Calendar section
Hello Mariia
You should be able to drag it to a different group. Click and drag - drop it when the black bar appears. (works in outlook desktop and outlook on the web)
If you are using Outlook on the web, click the 3 dots on the right of the calendar name - then chose Move to > and select the new group.
