microsoft outlook connector set-up wizard ended prematurely error message

i keep getting this error message when trying to load outlook 2010

Restart your computer in clean boot mode and check what happens

Note Ensure that your computer is back in the Normal mode once you check if the send and receives is working.

Once Outlook starts up

1. Close Outlook.

2. Go to Control Panel >> Programs and Features and uninstall “Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector”

3. Install the appropriate OLC that matches your Outlook’s bitness here:

32-bit: http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/D/B/8DBD3F8B-9D9E-4102-B454-078946571F1A/OutlookConnector.exe

64-bit: http://download.microsoft.com/download/3/9/2/39282DEC-41D0-4B51-A02E-D47572006757/OutlookConnector.exe

4. You should have 14.0.5139.5001 installed which can be checked in Control Panel’s Programs and Features again.

5. You should now be able to boot into Outlook with the latest OLC 14.2 RTM.

I am trying to set up microsoft outlook to my emai account but I can not seem to succeed. It gives me error mesage 5545.7.1
