Answer

Hello Steve,

From the error message, the possible is that the Outlook profile is corrupted. Given the situation, I suggest you try the following methods to see if it can help fix it:

1. Fix your Outlook email connection by repairing your profile. Click File->Account Settings->Account settings. Choose your account and click Repair.

2. Run the Inbox Repair tool(SCANPST.EXE) to diagnose and repair the Outlook data file.

3. If the repair didn’t work, please download Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365 to help fix it.

If the issue persists after you have tried all the methods above, please provide the following information for further troubleshooting:

1. Are you using on-premise Exchange server or Exchange Online. Please let me know the details.

2. When did the problem happen? Did this account work fine before?

3. Please capture a screenshot of the entire error message for further check.

Regards,

Rick
