Microsoft email customer service

My question is what happened to the private microsoft email customer support microsoft once had. They dont  seem to have that anymore?

Could you be more precise with which exactly support you want to make contact, as there are many supports. Could you please tell more about the issue ?

Before when you had a enquiry or a problem, microsoft had a page where they had a email support page where you can ask question and get a responce
