Micrisoft Outlook 2016 / Office 365 Home Edition / Windows 10 Pro

I have this problem started when I got recent update of Windows 10 Pro

Some weird block pop up in Outlook 2016 (64 bit )/ 365 Home Edition.

I can not read the Inbox pane, due some block pattern covering the reading pane.

on the right pane - calendar is showing out below is the contact panel" but nothing I can do.

Already got new Windows Update today, update also the Office but problem still there.

it is not affect Excel, Words and Power Point,

Trying to switch to Office 2013 ( 64 bit ) / Office 365 Home Edition after un install Office 2016 , Outlook 2013 works fine.

Then I uninstall Office 2013, install office 2016 ( 64 bit ) , Outlook 2016 still got the same problem.

Really frustrated.

Hi,

Please provide us more information.

-What is the Full version number of Office are you using?

Let's Disable hardware graphics acceleration following steps mentioned below and see if it helps.

Open Outlook> go to File > Option > Advanced > Display and check Disable hardware graphics acceleration > OK >OK and then try opening the Word attachment and verify the result.

If issue persist start Outlook in safe mode following steps mentioned below and verify whether issue re-occurs.

* Hold Windows key + R.
* Copy and paste, or type the following command in the Open box, and then press Enter

Outlook /safe

Note: There is a space between Outlook and '/'

If Outlook works as expected in safe mode, disable the add-ins by following steps mentioned below and determine the problem causing add-in:

a) Click on File menu, click Options, Add-ins, Go button besides Manage: Com-in Add.
b) Check if there are add-ins listed, clear the checkbox.
c) Close the Office program and restart it.
d) Enable each add-in one at a time, restart the Outlook, and repeat the above procedure. If the issue reappears again, it will help you to determine which add-in is causing this issue.
