McAfee Anti-Spam Folder in Hotmail

Hello,

I think McAfee Anti-Spam folder is somehow disturbing and mistargeting because many important emails are gone away and found trapped in that folder. I tried many times to move them to my inbox, but they go back to the McAfee anti-spam folder. Therefore, several things need to be addressed from Microsoft:

1) How can I disable the folder?

2) If I disable the folder, are all the spam-detected files also gone removed automatically?

3) If yes they will also be removed automatically is there any possible way to restore them to inbox?

I am very looking forward to the response from Microsoft and everyone who knows how to fix it.
