Kik password reset code does not sent to the e-mail

I refreshed my email multiple times to recieve my kik password reset code have have not recieved even checked all files and cant acess my kik without it

Thank you for the information.

I suggest you to go to the junk mail box and check if the reset mail is present there. Also please check the blocked senders list.

To check the block senders list.

  1. Log into https://Outlook.com.
  2. Towards the top right hand corner, click on the gear icon.
  3. Among the drop down list, choose Options.
  4. Under Preventing junk, choose Safe and blocked senders.
  5. Choose Blocked senders.
  6. Check if any e-mail ID from Kik is added to the blocked senders list.
  7. If yes, then please remove them from the list.
  8. Check if the issue persists.
