Hello Ramzan,

Welcome to Microsoft Community. I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well

Look for the Copilot tile and check if it says Active or Expired. If it says Expired, you may need to renew your subscription or contact Microsoft support for assistance.

If it says Active, but you still can't access Copilot features, you may need to sign out and sign in again to your Outlook on the web account, or try using a different device or browser.

Hello Kazi,

Thank you for your response and your help. I appreciate your time and effort.

However, I am unable to find the Copilot tile in Outlook. I have checked my Microsoft 365 subscription status and it includes Copilot. I have also tried signing out and signing in again, and using a different device and browser, but nothing worked.

Do you have any other suggestions or solutions for me?

Thank you for your continued assistance and understanding.

Regards

Ramzan

Thanks for your feedback.

it takes 24 to 48 hours for copilot to show up in all of your applications.
Can you confirm if you are able to see the copilot in teams, word or other applications?
