Is it possible to create a work-a-round for a rule not available in the conditions selection?

Hi all

I have 2 cases where I need a rule to do something that can't be done with the conditions available.

The first case: When I use the "sent only to me" condition, it will not work if there is anyone in CC.

So I need a rule that will perform an action if I am the only one in the To box, even when there are others in the CC box.

The second case: When I use the "sent only to me" condition, it will not work if there is anyone else in the To box.

So I need a rule that will perform an action if I am included in the To box, but am not the only one in the To box

Just to make it clear, I added in blue in the picture below , what I imagine such a rule would look like if it were available.

Since it is not available however, is there a work-around, or a combination of rules, that could perform the same action?
