I can't sign in to outlook.com Web Messenger, loading continuously

Hi there,

I can not sign in to the Messaging part of outlook.com. It is loading continuously, but does nothing (meanwhile it displays the following: "Signing in..." and the Windows loading logo left to the text). 

Just for the record: I am able to log in to outlook.com, and use any other features (mailing, calendar, people) beside messaging.

What I tried so far: 
- logging in successfully with my outlook.com account
- connected Facebook account
- tried various browsers (Chrome 26, Internet Explorer 9, Firefox 18)

Could you help me out?

I understand that you cannot sign in on the web messenger of your Outlook.com email account and the issue happens on all types of browsers that you have recently accessed. In this case, I would like you to check for the private message tab that I have created so we can immediately troubleshoot your concern.

 

Click the notification states "You have a private reply to this message. Click here to read it on our secure private message" section or by clicking the "Private Messages" tab above the first post. Make sure that you are currently signed in to Microsoft Community to view the private message.

Let me assist you with your concern with regard to not being able to sign in to your web messenger in Outlook.com.

 

By the way, thank you for providing us this information like the screenshot that you have uploaded in the private message area.

 

It is possible that you are using a browser that is not supported by Outlook.com that’s why you are getting this issue.

 

As an initial troubleshooting step I advise you to check the status of your account by going to this link. Make sure you are currently signed in to your Hotmail account.

 

It would be best to upgrade your browser to its supported browser of Outlook.com. Some websites and online applications require recent browsers in order to work properly. Newer browsers provide additional features and benefits such as web surfing security, tabbed browsing and faster web page upload.

 

Which browsers are supported by SkyDrive, People and Outlook.com?

I did check the status of the account, everything's Running normally.

My browsers are currently up-to-date, which means: I tried messenger on Chrome 26, Internet Explorer 9 and 10, and Firefox 18. Still no success with either one.

Any more solutions? I am gladly trying out anything.

I checked the above from both Chrome 26, and Internet Explorer 10.

From People and Skydrive I get the same loading message as from Outlook. (both IE and Chrome)

Under Calendar however, it seems to be working perfectly. (both IE and Chrome)
