How to undelete Clutter folder?

I deleted my Clutter folder from within Outlook 2013 desktop client.

But I still keep getting periodic messages saying "these emails have been moved into your clutter folder". Yesterday, an important one got moved into clutter, and I need to read it. But I can't find my clutter folder!!! Where is it? How do I get it back? How can I look at that important email?

Many thanks in advance for any ideas...

You cannot really delete it. It's a protected folder, however Outlook 2013 is still net recognizing it as such and it 'thinks' it has delete it. Repair/recreate your profile or simply delete the OST file and restart Outlook, the folder will reappear.

hi lucianwischik_msft,

to troubleshoot this issue, i would like to share some information as below:

to prevent important messages from being moved to the clutter folder, we can disable clutter in owa by navigating to options>> mail >> clutter >> selecting “don’t separate items identified as clutter”.

if there’s no improvement after performing these steps, please post back. we’ll continue to try our best to help you.

regards,
poppy
