How to scale entire Outlook desktop app?

I have my OS scaling set to 125% which works nicely for everything except for Outlook. I'd like Outlook set to 100%. I don't just want to decrease the font sizes or window sizes, I want to scale the whole thing -- but if anything, then especially the ribbon. Is this possible?

I have Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016.

Hi CaltorRemora, hope you're doing well. I’m Ian, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you.
I'm sorry to hear about this issue.

Unfortunately there's no settings for Outlook to have a specific scaling or resolution.
The scaling of Windows is a global setting.

As a workaround you can change the font or font size in the message list
1. Click View > View Settings.
2. Click Other Settings.
3. To change the font or font size for the column headers in your Inbox (like “From” and “Subject”), click Column Font, and then make the desired adjustment.
4. To change the font or font size of the message subject lines in your Inbox, click Row Font, and then make the desired adjustment.

Temporarily enlarge an email in the Reading Pane
1. Click once on the message you want to preview in the Reading Pane.
2. In the bottom right corner of the Outlook window, drag the zoom bar right (for larger text).

I would suggest to submit feedback to the development team in the link below so that they can add this in the future releases.

I hope this helps, but please let me know if you need anything else.
