I started my subscription for Copilot pro, I have it enabled in most apps but can't seem to figure out how to enable it in the New Outlook. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Salvador F, thanks for coming into forums. I'm Myk, an Independent Advisor and I'll be more than happy to help you. Kindly follow the steps below: 1. Open Outlook application 2. Go to Settings at top right of Outlook. 3. Then choose All Outlook Settings. 4. Go to Mail > Under Compose messages, tick the checkbox for Enable Microsoft 365 Copilot. 5. If you can’t find the option, click the Editor Options button. 6. In the Proofing tab, tick the checkbox for Use Copilot to help me write better emails. 7. Save the changes and restart the computer if the changes don’t reflect immediately. Kind Regards, Myk

I ended up contacting support about it. They said if the email is not one of theirs, it doesn't support it right now which is not cool because it's a feature im paying for but can't use.

You need to change the language in Outlook to English (or any of the other supported languages).

One thing to be aware of
COPILOT ties your COPLOIT OUTLOOK license to only be one email address - the email fir that one account
If (like most people) you use Outlook as an email client for several email accounts then it wil not appear.
You have to go to thst one account.
If you are in (for example) ALL INBOXES then you will not see it.
This strikes me as a bit rubbish: I pasid fir a license fir my copy opf Outlook - there was nothinjg to say it only worked for one email account.

What do you mean "email is not one of theirs"? I also can't seem to integrate co-pilot and I'd like to understand your experience with their support.

Can you clarify what you mean? I have a few emails under the same domain, but I only need the co-pilot for one email. But, I can't seem to find how to integrate it. I reviewed all comments here and can't find the answer.

I’m pretty sure that if you have the $20 home version of MS Copilot integrated into Office, you will get Copilot in Outlook only if you are using a MS email account. That means the email account you use has to be Hotmail.com or Outlook.com, or something like that. So, if you want to try to use it for a Yahoo or Gmail account, you are out of luck. I paid the $20 for one month, but quickly found out that Outlook was not going to be at all useful.

It only works with one email account: the one thst paid the license.
So for me *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has Copilot (my MS account is tied to work1 and that paid the fee), but rupert@work2 doesn't (even though it is an Outlook account, hosted by MS as part of Work2's account & payment)
And *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy *** definitely don't.
I usually "live" in "ALL ACCOUNTS' inbox, and it doesn't appear there. I had to switch to visit the WORK1 inbox befire the icon appeared.
This was the thing thst conjfused me - it took a while to realise thast "only worls with one account" actually meant "only even appears inside thst one account"
I dud also delete & re-install Outllok but I do not know if thst was necessary

I thought that's was you meant, but I wasn't sure simply because I only view through one email, the main one, and still can't find the co-pilot.
Thanks for explaining. Unfortunately, I'm still stuck and I don't want to re-install Outlook. Hmm.
