How to disable password pop-up in Outlook

Dear Microsoft,

I am using MS Outlook 2019 on-prem connecting to our company's Exchange Server via VPN connection.

MS Outlook has no sign-in account. The status at the button right corner of Outlook shows Connected to: Microsoft Exchange when the VPN connection is established. The status shows Need password whenever the VPN connection breaks. A pop-up window for password will be prompted on the screen immediately. Please advise how I disable the password screen pop-up when the VPN connection was disconnected. Thank you.
