Dear Tim Francis1,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Based on your description, you would like to create your detailed contact information as a QR code so that a contact can be directly generated on your phone when scanning with your phone.
Sorry, currently Outlook does not have a feature to generate QR codes for detailed contact information. However, you can share your information as an electronic business card with others, who can also scan your business card through mobile Outlook to add contacts.
You can read the following link to obtain relevant information:
Create and share contacts as Electronic Business Cards - Microsoft Support
Scan or tap to add contacts in Outlook mobile - Microsoft Support
Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.
Best Regards,

Hi Tim,
There are applications on the Microsoft App source.
The first one is used as a business card with QR built on MS Teams.
The second one is a centralized email signature application including QR code.
Hope this helps,
Onder
