Hi Kerry Prestage,

Do you mean you want to send an email with encryption? If yes, please sign into your admin account via the following link:

https://portal.microsoftonline.com/admin/default.aspx

Then navigate to Admin Center> Exchange> Mail flow> Rules. You can create transport rules as you like and encrypt the email such as Apply this rule if “The subject or body includes” “Test” and “Do the following: Encrypt the messages with the previous version of OME”. The following picture may do you a favor.
