To recover your MSN.com account, you can follow these general steps:
1. Go to the MSN.com sign-in page using a web browser.
2. Click on the "Sign In" or "Sign in to your account" option.
3. On the sign-in page, click on the "Can't access your account?" or "Forgot password?" link. This will take you to the account recovery page.

I am locked out of my msn email account and failed multiple attempts to answer the questions and provide the requested information, is there another way or a live person I can speak with to get it unlocked?

I have the same problem as Chief Mark Billmire. Can't we talk to anyone in Microsoft to regain our msn.com accounts? The automated system that checks our answers is not working it seems.

Helpful, however completing the recovery form gets you nowhere as the automated system that reads it never seems to like your answers. Why can't someone with Microsoft assist us? I've completed the form now about 12 different times completing all the blocks to the best of my knowledge.

I have done this and changed my password, but msn account will not take the password, but did get acknowledgement from Microsoft that I changed my password....
This doesn't help me retrieve my emails

I must tell you that as far as Microsoft recovering account is the most aggravating part I have ever seen. Even when you fill out the recovery form, they send an email to a NEW email address that they make you create and then they tell you they can't recover the account because you haven't provided the correct information and then on top of that they block your original email that that you have tried for months to get back. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no telephone numbers for you to speak to a live human. I have been most aggravated and disgusted with Microsoft for this. Wish I could give you more positive information but when you have had a email account with them for many, many years and you can't get it back.
