How do I print Outlook data to a Franklin Planner Compact size?

I've got a Franklin Planner in the Compact size (4-1/4" x 6-3/4") and I'd like to print my Outlook calendar and contacts to fit.  The Franklin Classic can't be downsized through Outlook and is too large.  The printed area is larger than the page size for the Compact.  The Day Timer and Day Runner sizes are too small and reduce the available space by about a half inch.

Are there any downloads for Outlook 2007 that will allow me to print to the Compact size?  I want to print this 2-sided, booklet style so I can punch holes on the folded edge and everything is in the right order (and not upside down), to add to my planner.  Short of buying a new planner in the Classic size (and I really like my compact), are there any solutions?
Have you installed the software provided by franklin planner in order to print or using the Outlook 2007 settings?

No, I haven't installed the software.  I'm not trying to use the Franklin software.  I only want to print my Outlook information so that it will fit into the Compact binder, so I'm trying to use the Outlook 2007 settings.

Outlook already includes printer templates from a number of other sources; 2 from Franklin - Monarch and Classic,  5 from Day-Timer, 1 from FiloFax and 3 from Day Runner. I don't really understand why the Compact is not an option.

If there was a way to reduce the printout size to 86% without having to recopy everything I print, and the back-to-back pages would line up, that would also work.  I just haven't found that yet, either.

I had hoped that I wouldn't need to purchase the software just to get a paper size/type template, but it's looking more and more as though that may be the only answer.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!  I don't want to go to a shareware pseudo-planner since all the information I need to have is in my Outlook.  I just can't seem to get it where it needs to be.
