Hello, My name is Jackson and thank you for your question. If email is going to your Outlook.com Junk folder by mistake, you can mark it as Not junk or add the sender to your Safe Senders list. Marking email as Not junk also helps us improve our service. To mark an email message as Not junk in Outlook.com 1. Open your Junk Email folder and select the messages you want to keep. 2. From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam). You can also open the message and select the It's not junk link at the top. 3. If you've blocked someone by mistake, open your Blocked senders list and select the Remove next to their name. 4. Add the sender to your Safe senders list. See more details in the link; https://support.microsoft.com/office/f409b58c-2617-47e2-8a97-cab612d98eff Warm regards. Jackson E.

Microsoft Outlook for Mac has NO toolbar item, "From the top toolbar, select Not junk > Not junk (or Not spam > Not spam)." There's only the option to do this for each individual mail.

Same for Outlook in Windows. No such toolbar item. When an email identified as Junk is moved to Inbox a message indicates that the address will be removed from junk. That doesn't happen. Still always junk. Big problems in the latest version of Outlook mail forced on previous Windows Mail.

Once I select the email in my junk folder, there is no "not junk" option anywhere. I can't find it if I open that email either. This is crazy. Please help.

This worked for me:
1. Click on Junk folder containing the email message, from sender you want to receive emails from.
2. Right click on message.
3. Select 'Move'.
4. Select 'Inbox'.
5. Dialogue box will popup and say "Never send future messages from 'abcxyz.com' to Junk folder
6. Leave box checked.
7. Click 'Ok'.
This will move email to inbox and future emails from this address will no longer be sent to your Junk folder.

I just did this, and it just moved it to my inbox. This issue is very detrimental to workflow. It does not look good to consistently explain to a client that their email is going to junk mail.
