How do i forward multiple emails in Office 365?

Hi,

I access my outlook via Office 365 and have a lotof emails to forward on to another account of mine.

Is there a way I can send a mail folder or multiple emails attachments through office 365?

I have set up automatic forwarding to take care of this in the future, but I have approx. 100 emails in a subfolder that really don't want to have to forward individually.

Thanks for any help you can give.

Hi Gail,

Yes, Richard's screenshot is from Outlook client.

Regarding your question, it's not feasible to apply rules on existing emails in OWA. Given the situation, you can submit your feedback via the following link to let us know what features are most important to you.

May features of current programs may be designed and inspired by users' feedback, you voice is important for us to improve our products.

And in Outlook client, you can apply rules on existing emails by:

  1. On the ribbon choose Rules.
  2. Select Manage rules & Alerts>choose Run rules now… and follow the wizard.

Feel free to let me know if there is anything unclear.
