Did you add the second email account in a new windows user account or in Outlook?
Which account type is configured in your outlook (Exchange, POP3, IMAP etc.)?
If you have added a POP account then you should receive emails from both accounts in Inbox.
If you want different Inbox for both the email accounts then create a new PST file for your second account to do this,
1. Click on Tools->Account settings->highlight the e-mail second account.
2. Click on change folder at the bottom.
3. Under New delivery mail location box ->click on New Outlook data file.
4. Type the name of Outlook data file and click ok.
5. You will have second Outlook data file in which you will receive the mail of your second e-mail account only.
