How do I find emails that just disappeared? I had lots of important emails and they just disappeared. They aren’t in recovered or deleted files

For this question, I need to confirm that you have not deleted these letters, if so, you can refer to the following content operation to deal with:

Use the search function to find the emails:

You can search in the search above the Outlook you are using and enter the keywords of the mail you need to find to find if it is to another folder.

Set up rules:

You can use the browser to use the web version of Outlook within (outlook.live.com), click the upper right corner of the gear Settings > Mail - Rules, set up a letter keywords will be transferred to the inbox rules, after completing the implementation of the rules and to confirm whether the letter is received.

Recover deleted emails:

You can click “Recover Deleted Items” in the Deleted folder in the web version of Oultook, and then confirm whether the mail appears or not.

Please also note that if you cannot solve the problem by one of the above methods, it means that the letter has completely disappeared and cannot be retrieved!
