How do I add other Outlook accounts to 'New Outlook'? And revert to Classic Outlook?

I want to import all my old accounts with their previous settings in one step. Why is that impossible?

I want to add ALL MY PREVIOUS ACCOUNTS to the new outlook. I have the main account set up but there arte three other accounts from my old outlook. I do not want to add each one and set up each one. I want to import the accounts in one easy step. Why isn't that possible. Microsoft allegedly has powerful AI but can't even make a straightforward setup tool?
