I have a recurrent Teams meeting whose link was shared with me. How do I add it to the calendar for alerts? Please note that I am not trying to create a new meeting, I just want to add an existing link to the calendar for reminders. Thank you

Dear Ahmed Kareem1
Good day!
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We are happy to help.
I understand you would like to copy a Teams meeting link for a recurring event and paste it in your calendar for reminders. Before moving forward I would like to confirm what version of Outlook you're using ?What version of Outlook do I have? (microsoft.com)
Since you posted this in our Outlook for Windows category, I tested this on Outlook for windows , however if this is not your scenario please feel free to let me know, I understand you do not want to create a new meeting , however to add the link to your calendar you will have to add it as an appointment so a reminder is set. Please refer to steps below;
The teams meeting link for recurring event was shared to me via meeting invite, I opened the teams meeting in my Outlook calendar and copied the meeting link, please refer to image below.
After copying the meeting link I close the meeting invite then in my calendar go to the date I would like to add the meeting link in my calendar , double click on the date and paste it then set when I want the reminder.
Once you save the appointment it will appear in your calendar as shown below;
If this is not your scenario please feel free to let me know so I can further assist you.
We look forward to your reply. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
Momo | Microsoft Community Moderator
