Hi,
I will be glad to assist you in accessing your emails.
First off, please be informed that the overall experience of People, Outlook.com and SkyDrive may be different in some scenarios depending on the browser that you’re using. We recommend that you use an updated version of browser and ensure that Microsoft Silverlight is installed and running for browsers that support it. You may refer to the link below for more information about the supported browser for your computer:
Which browsers are supported by SkyDrive, People and Outlook.com?
If you are currently using an updated version of browser and unable to view your emails, I recommend that you optimize it by following the steps on this article.
Also, the folder for your junk emails is known as Junk. It is usually located in between Archive and Drafts and/or below Inbox.
If you are still unable to find your Junk emails, please provide the answers to the following questions to isolate and clarify the issue:
- What are the steps that you had performed that led you to this error condition?
- Did you make any changes to your account prior to the issue?
- Do you encounter the same issue when accessing your account on other browsers?
- Does the same issue happen if you access your account on another computer?
- Does the same issue occur when you access another Microsoft account on your default browser, and computer?
We will wait for your response.
Thank you.

Hi Irissssssssscheung,
Thanks for posting back.
You've mentioned that you can't still find the junk mail box. Just to clarify, are you referring to Outlook.com's Junk folder which is found on the left part of the Outlook.com page?
On the other hand, for us to fully understand and have a better view of your concern, we'd like to request for a screenshot which shows that you can't find your junk mail box. Please post it in the private message area. Just click on "You have a private reply to this message" (red font) link just above your post to view the message.
Note: You need to sign in to Microsoft Community to be able to view the message.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Regards.

Hi William,
Welcome to Microsoft Community. Let us help you on the issue.
I understand that you're not able to open the Junk folder in Windows Live Mail. What exactly happens when you click on the Junk folder? Please confirm if you could open the other folders.
If the other folders open fine, you may need to remove and re-add your account to Windows Live Mail. Click here on how to do so.
You may also want to sign in to your email account on the web to check if you can open the Junk folder there so that we can isolate the problem.
Let us know what you'll find.
Thanks,
Rhyan

Hi,
It actually depends on how you access your emails and the application that you're using for Outlook.com. If you're using Mail app on iPhone, it will depend on how you set it up. On your PC, if your using a web-based Outlook to access your emails, you should always be able to see your junk folder.. You will need to contact Apple for Mail app support.
Regards.
