Hello Craig Buchner,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community.
I understand you want to integrate email, calendar, and to-do lists within a single interface. I've researched and found that currently Outlook on Windows user can enable the To-Do Bar to display calendar, tasks, and people alongside their email: Use and customize the To-Do bar - Microsoft Support.
Unfortunately, Outlook for Mac doesn’t have the same To-Do Bar feature as the Windows version.
However, to have email, calendar, and to-dos on the same screen with Outlook for Mac, you can use the "My Day" feature in Microsoft To Do. This is a separate app that integrates well with Outlook for Mac.
Open Microsoft To Do alongside your Outlook.
Drag and drop emails from Outlook into the My Day side-pane in Microsoft To Do. This will add them as tasks.
These tasks will include links to the relevant emails, allowing you to manage your to-dos efficiently.
You can also use Outlook on the Web to achieve the same integration of email, calendar, and to-do lists within a unified interface: Stay organized in Outlook Web with a side-by-side view of your emails, calendar, and tasks - Microsoft Community Hub.
Moreover, for more specific information and customized support, you may contact our in-app support team: Contact support within Outlook for Mac - Microsoft Support.
Thank you for your understanding and consideration. If you have any concerns or need to add any information, please feel free to let us know. We're here to help!
