First of all, I don't understand what the point of "delete permanently" is if outlook provides the ability to recover that "permanently deleted" email right away.
So is there a way to empty/delete all items from the "recover deleted items" folder/stack (or whatever it is).
For clarity, here is a picture of the link that gives access to the "deleted" items. I assume there is no way and that the items are deleted after x months.
