Hotmail to BTInternet emails not working

Hello - please can someone help me

Unfortunately my Hotmail account will not send emails to BTinternet accounts.

The problem I encounter is inconsistent, for example sometimes if a BTinterent user has emailed me I can 'reply' to their message and it's successful, but not always, sometimes I get a non delivery to my 'reply'.

Worse is if I am the originator of an email then no chance, my email almost certainly receives an auto non delivery response.

The strange thing is if I forward my email to my iphone and then send it on, it occasionally goes through - but not always.

Post a full, unedited non-delivery report, including the Internet headers. You can see them by right-clicking the message and choosing "View message source".

I have had the same or a similar experience. In the last few days 4 emails to 2 BTinternet addresses sent from a hotmail.com account have not been received. There has been no delivery failure message.
