Hotmail email in England?

I keep getting what look like legitimate emails to my Hotmail.com account from England based services and retail.

Is there a possible duplicate email address for overseas Hotmail with a different suffix?

A few of these messages seemed important with personal (not mine) information...

Hi TSMC,
They may just be spam emails wanting you to click on them. There would not be a duplicate email address for your account. Spammers spoof email address's to get people to click on them and download malware onto your system. If they are not yours just move them to your junk mail do not reply or try to unsubscribe. Send to junk mail and block should clear it up for you.
Regards,
L

Dear TSMC,
I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.
Could you be more precise tith what do you mean by "Is there a possible duplicate email address for overseas Hotmail with a different suffix"? Those emails are probably scam, you can hoover over the links to check , but no click them.
There are couple of ways to deal with scammers and unwanted emails.
First of all check your spam filters and see suggestions on how to keep spam out of your inbox https://support.office.com/en-us/article/help-k...
Report the phishing, spam and unwanted emails https://support.office.com/en-us/article/deal-w...
Add emails or domains to block sender list https://support.office.com/en-us/article/block-...
Also read this information about fighting junk emails https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.co...
Hope this will help your email free from Junk!
Looking forward to your reply.

LA

Thanks for the replies LordAlukard and Isamis2;

These do not fit the SPAM category. I believe they are legitimate. Some are informative only confirmations for itineraries and reservations for purchased travel or items. I have contacted (No I did not click on any links...) 1 of these companies as the email subject matter seemed rather important with too much specific client information! They responded with their thanks and haven't heard from them again.

Although infrequent, I get 2 or 3 a month delivered to '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' I usually just delete them but I just wonder if there could be a 'myemailaddress@hotmail.???' that someone just types in as .com.

When I started my domain years ago I got tons of emails at 'mydomain.net' that were meant for 'mydomain.com'...
