Have you tried to access your account using another browser or computer? Does the same issue happen?
I recommend that you clear your browser's cache and temporary internet files to make sure that they are not causing your issue. This is often caused by a corrupted file in the browser. Please clear your browser's cookies by following the instructions on the link below:

I suggest you to connect using HTTPS. To do that, follow the steps below:
1. Go to https://account.live.com
2. Under Other options click on Connect with HTTPS
3. Choose Use HTTPS automatically
4. Click on Save

Hi,
If you are still currently using Hotmail interface, please follow these steps to connect with HTTPS:
1. Sign in to http://account.live.com/managessl
2. Select Always use HTTPS when I sign in to Hotmail.
3. Click Save.
However, if you are now using the Outlook interface, it is by default or already set to connect with HTTPS when you sign in.
