Having problem with signin to my outlook.com via browsers

Background:
Im an intermediate to advance PC user

Issue:

Since Last night I cant login to 1 of my outlook.com account via multiple browser with 2 different PC (used Firefox, chrome, IE, edge chromium). I can concluded its not my side. For explanation sake, I would ID my issue account as "Account A" and my other no problem account as "Account B"

I also have tested in multiple browsers with inprivate mode

1. The problem I got with Account A is stated "Something Went Wrong, There was something that went wrong with the application. Please refresh your browser window to continue". However it is able to sign in to my other Microsoft services (calendar, contact, words, onedrive)

Additionally, my android phone is still connected to this account and still able to received new emails.

2. The Account B has no issue signing in to my outlook.com n other Microsoft services (calendar, contact, words, onedrive)

3. Checked other forum n directed me to this site to check on the network status but only mentioned about Android devices

My Question:

Is this my side of the problem? or my account A is being locked or hacked - or this tie to the android server sync issue. Thank you in advance

It's definitely something on the server side. I'll check with my support contacts and see if there is a known issue.
