In the first screen, tick the check box "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".
In the second screen, I have TLS instead of SSL in the "Use the following type of encrypted connection" dropdown.
And I use my default Outlook data file instead of a new one, but that's your own choice.
The network connection in the third screen is OK.
I assume that you have already enabled POP3 in Gmail, in Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

It's likely that you'll need to add @gmail.com after your username.
You do NOT need to check "Require logon using SPA".

#1 - You need to enable your Gmail account for whatever protocol you want to configure
#2 - Just looking at your screenshots - your SMTP port # when using SSL is incorrect
