Facebook account was hacked

My Facebook account was hacked this march 4,2024, and ive notice the hacker change the email address for recovery code in hotmail, Ive already ask for facebook for help but didnt they always says its "sorted out" but its not! so my only way on retrieving my account back is ask outlook for help. please help me recover my account! the email account that the hacker is using is hotmail
