Error message 0x8004210E

I added my TWC email to my phone and now I cannot receive emails in my outlook on my computer.  Does anyone have any suggestions this is very aggravating.  Thank you in advance.

No worries, we are here to help you resolve this matter. Since you are getting an error code, we can say that you are using a mail client. Could you provide us the mail client that you are using when the error  code was shown?

Also, can you try to access your Microsoft account via the web based Outlook.com directly at https://mail.live.com then send a self test email to check whether you will receive it or not.
