Error code 0x80070005 means that you don’t have appropriate permissions to perform this operation. This error may also be triggered by a corrupted PST file, incorrect account settings, and if the Outlook Inbox contains corrupted email messages.

To resolve your concern, we recommend that you run a repair on your Office application. This will rebuild your Office application to its default state. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect and check if the issue persists.
