Error 0x8007016A: This cloud file provider is not running

I am trying to recover my files from OneDrive,but I keep getting the following error":

An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file.  If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.

Error 0x8007016A: This cloud file provider is not running

How do I fix this?

Please help!!!!

Hi sophiepeterson,
Clear browser Cache and Cookies on your browser and Restart computer. 
From an open browser on your keyboard hold the CRLT Key and the SHIFT Key together then press the delete button on your keyboard. This will bring up a pop up to clear or delete Browsing Data. Leave defaults selected. I usually leave my Passwords unchecked. Then Select Clear Data, or Delete or Clear now depending on your browser. Now restart your computer. Try to log back into OneDrive

If error occurs when opening a folder look in the navigation pain and click on the cloud. Click on More and View online sign in from there. It should help you sync the folders.
Let me know if this resolved Onedrive error if not we can troubleshoot further.
