encrypted emails sent to live.com account not appearing in my incoming Office365 mail list nor junk mail

I'm working with a financial advisor and he's been trying to send me encrypted emails, but they are not appearing anywhere in my Office 365 Outlook. I've checked all my email account folders and also junk and trash folders. The emails simply do not show up. I also don't see any features for changing that in the settings for security. Not sure what I need to do to have these emails successfully appear in my incoming email. Can you help me?

Dear NevetsGuod

Welcome to the Microsoft Community!

I understand that you are not able to receive emails from one of your contacts, please point out if I am misunderstanding.

I need to know if your Outlook inbox can receive more emails? You can start by trying to add a new email to the https://outlook.live.com Add emails to your inbox, set the recipients to yourself. To make sure your Outlook mailbox can send and receive emails properly.

If you are able to receive emails, then your problem is probably that you are unable to receive emails from a specific domain. You can try the following actions:

1. The sender's email address or domain name may be blocked, add the sender's email address you want to receive emails from to your whitelist:
Click on the following link to be redirected to the web version of outlook
https://outlook.live.com. Tap [Settings] in the upper right corner, find the [Mail] option in the tapped page, and find [Junk Email] inside. Find [Safe Senders and Domains] and click Add to add the sender's mailbox to the whitelist. At the bottom of the [Safe Mailing List] also add the sender's mailbox.

2. You can check your mailbox inbox rules:
Click on the following link to be redirected to the web version of outlook
https://outlook.live.com. Tap [Settings] in the upper right corner. Select [Email] and click [Rules] to check if there are any settings in the rules that do not belong to you. If so, delete them.
