Not receiving email on new computer

Hi,

I have just bought a new computer and have 2 email addresses which are showing but only one of them is receiving emails.  I can't seem to find the setting to check.  I have windows 10 but my old computer has windows 8 so I'm struggling a bit.

On Windows 10 are you using the Mail app or standalone outlook client desktop application? do you get any error for the other account? is it IMAP profile?

Thanks for replying Parmi.  I guess I am using the Mail app.  The envelope along the bottom of my screen.  My outlook address is working fine although it looks different to what I've been using but I will get used to that.  My clearmail address is not working.

thanks for your response. for Clearmail settings you will need to check the advanced settings of the mail app. the steps are there in the article I provided earlier (towards the end of the article - Advanced steps)

the settings for Clearmail are in their article. very interestingly their SMTP server settings will change from town to town, so you will need to check which is for you, else I would have pasted the server settings here.. --- https://support.clear.com.au/article/15-how-to-...
