Email in Outlook not displaying properly?

Hi I was wondering if anyone could be of assistance, when viewing emails in the outlook app on my laptop the email displays the preview normally however on the full screen view the email displays no text and images have to be downloaded to view. I have not to my knowledge changed any settings and do not receive an error message when opening either the app or the email itself, however I can view the emails on my tablet. Is there anyone who has had experience with this kind of issue before or can otherwise assist?

Exactly the same here - just opened and checked emails now and can't get any to load, bar the odd background colour.  The pointer also changes to random small black arrows at times too when I move it around the email pane......

Perhaps something at MS end rather than ours?

Edit - my email is gmail and I can't get that load in browser.....

I'm having the same problem this evening, though the previews aren't loading either.  I have both a hotmail and a gmail account and both have the same issue in Outlook on my laptop.  I have no problem accessing the emails via my smart phone.

Same issue here on ALL of my accounts linked to Outlook 2019.

Works fine on Outlook Mobile App on iOS and Android!

Anything from Microsoft yet?

Same problem here - can see them fine on my phone but not on my PC. Lots of us in the same boat. What's up, Microsoft???

Same problem here. 

To boot, when I try to send an email, I can see the line I just typed but when I hit enter, that text is not displayed on the screen.

If I send the email to my other account (not using Outlook thank the Lord) I see the text.

Microsoft- please fix this asap.

I'm having similar issues with the Office application, but the Web application is fine.

My email signatures aren't populating automatically even though the settings are in place for it. I've tried deleting and redoing, but hasn't worked.

Certain images aren't displaying and frequently some text doesn't even show up in the email. Calendar invites aren't coming through also.

I haven't changed any settings, so I'm not sure what's going on. I've also installed all updates, but that did not fix anything.

I've just logged into my laptop and am having the same problem.  I tried going in a different route through my IP provider and the emails are fine there, so obviously an Microsoft Outlook issue.  I hope they solve soon, the last issue took them a few days to sort out.
