EMAIL ADDRESS FLAGGED AS SPAM

I came back from one week of vacation and now when I send my mass emails out from the Goldmine database my email has been flagged twice as spam in two days. Two weeks ago, I was able to send over 450 emails in 20 minutes and now I'm only able to send less than 100 emails in the same time frame. I send out two large groups of emails twice a week along with multiply emails daily.

I have been sending the emails out like this for about 10 years with taking vacations and never have had this problem before. How can this be fixed so that it is as it was two weeks ago?

All emails are created with a template and attachment in the Goldmine database we have always used. All our contracts are in the database not in Outlook.

Thank you in advance for an answer to this problem.

Dear Cherie.

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

According to your description, it seems that your email address has marked as spam. You might need to contact the recipients to add your email address in their Safe Sender List by referring Add recipients of my email messages to the Safe Senders List (microsoft.com) if they are using Outlook.

If your email address is blocked via org-wide, then we kindly suggest you contact the admin in their organization and refer to Create safe sender lists - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs to add your email address in to safe sender list in exchange admin center.

Sincerely,

Tommy | Microsoft Community Moderator

I am being blocked by Microsoft Outlook and IT has to log on to Microsoft to unblock my email. The confusing part is two weeks ago I did not have this problem and now it happened twice. First on Monday, after sending out a mass email of 340 emails on Monday and having most of them bounce back. Second on Tuesday, after sending out less then 65 emails with sending them in smaller groups of less then 30 emails at once. I was able to send the first two groups (15 & 19) no problem and the third group (29) with not even half going though.

We are a training school for shipping dangerous goods and the emails that must be sent is to the companies in an area so they can schedule their training needs. This is how almost all of sales are fulfilled and not being able to send these emails will hurt our sales significantly.

UPDATE:

Sent 32 this morning and only 20 went though. Below is the return message I am receiving.

Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send email. Contact your email admin for assistance.

Remote Server returned '550 5.1.8 Access denied, bad outbound sender AS(42004)'

Hi Cherie,

Generally, if the user exceeds one of the outbound sending limits as specified in the service limits or in outbound spam policies, the user is restricted from sending email.

You may refer to the article for detailed information: Remove blocked users from the Restricted users portal in Microsoft 365

Regarding this point, we would truly appreciate your kind understanding.

Kind Regards,

Tommy
