Eir webmail Access

To Whom it Concerns,  I recently upgraded my Windows 7 Laptop to Windows 10 and since then I cannot access web mail via the laptop. I get the Eir web page to load as usual, then open the web mail icon at the top of the page, which then preloads the Account login page. I then fill in  Username and Password. On completing this I Click on "Log into webmail" but I am left with the original page and no Account Login  section. i have cleared cache and cookies but still no access. I would appreciate your support.

The first thing I would suggest is to try to use a different browser such as chrome or firefox. Will it work on either of those browsers?

Hi Thagstrom,

Thanks for the prompt reply.I was able to open the webmail with Safari, any idea why it now won't open with Chrome?

Thagstrom, I was already using Chrome when it wouldn't open.

You said you already cleared the cache and cookies from chrome correct, and it still had the same issue? Try clearing the cache and cookies of chrome then restarting the computer. If it still does not work then try to reinstall chrome.
