DOWNLOADED ATTACHMENTS IN OUTLOOK ANDROID APP

I appreciate the response. I am really sorry the above suggestion's were not helpful in solving the problem.  I suggest you to contact the manufacturer of the phone to check where the downloads are saved exactly.

I am experiencing he same issue, I have discovered that the files (in my case, a PDF file) is being saved to

\data\data\com.Microsoft.Outlook[remainder truncated], but it seems that folder is hidden or something, so I can't see the folder directly on the phone until I get around to investigating via my PC. I hope this kinda helps

The download process of Outlook for Android is not really downloading the file completely. As you can noticed that it's under the .tmp folder which stands for Temporary folder. This is to avoid eating up storage for your phone.

I have tried to replicate your issue and I found a workaround.

1. Download the attachment from your email and open the file.
2. Click the hamburger logo and select Save as. Then save it on your desired location on your SD Card.

That way it's not being deleted since it's not stored on the temporary folder.
