Does Outlook 2016 turn off McAfee firewall?

Wondered if anyone with both McAfee Total Protection and Outlook 2016 on Windows 10 desktop experiences this: quite often, though not always, the McAfee firewall is automatically turned off as soon as Outlook 2016 is started up (a warning is issued and I manually turn it back on; Firewall stays on, thereafter and -my I add- Firewall doesn't turn off by itself in other circumstances). Any idea what's the link between the two could be?!?

Hi Gilles,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Office Community.

There is no such setting Outlook 2016 which may disable McAfee firewall when Outlook is opened. I suggest you to check the McAfee firewall settings which is causing this issue.
