Delivery Status Notification

I get this message, sometimes the email is delivered.Most times it is not delivered.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
It does not matter if I send it with an attachment or just as an empty email message.
How can I solve this problem?

For us to further investigate your issue, we need you to provide us the complete message header of the Delivery Status Notification that you have received. Please post it in the private message area so we can tell why you were getting that message. To do so, follow the steps below:

  1. Right click on the Delivery Status Notification that you have received.
  2. Choose the View message source option on the dropdown menu. You will be seeing a new window containing the e-mail message headers and its content.

Then kindly give the following:

  • Final-Recipient:
  • Action:
  • Status:
  • Diagnostic-Code:

Make sure that you are signed in to Microsoft Community. Once signed in, click on the "You have a private reply to this message. Click here to read it on our secure private messages section." (red font) link just above your post to open the private message. Then paste the requested information in the private message area.

 

We will wait for your response.

Thank you for the additional information that you have provided. Based on the message header that you have provided, it seems that Outlook.com rejected the message that you are trying to send due to the IP address that you are using. You may need to contact your Internet Service provider regarding this as they may need to submit a request to our Sender Policy team to whitelist their IP addresses.
