Hello Rehan_907, I'm Ibhadighi and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself. Yes, both the Outlook web and the new Outlook app support Dark Mode. Here's how you can enable it: For Outlook Web (Outlook on Office 365 or Outlook.com): Log in to your account. In the top right corner, click on the gear icon (Settings). In the Settings pane, you should see an option called "Dark Mode" or "Dark theme." Toggle that option on. If you don't see the Dark Mode option immediately, try searching for "Dark Mode" or "Dark theme" in the search bar at the top of the Settings pane. For the New Outlook App (Outlook for Windows/Mac): Open the Outlook app. Go to "File" > "Options." In the "Outlook Options" window, click on "General" (usually the first tab). Under the "Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office" section, you should see an "Office Theme" dropdown. Select "Black" or "Dark Gray" from the dropdown. Click "OK" to apply the changes. Note: The exact steps might vary slightly depending on the version of the Outlook app you're using. Hey,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately when I go to General > Appearance, I do not see any options regarding dark mode.
Can this be made available to users from the admin portal?

Hello Rehan_907, Unfortunately, I'm really sorry I don't have any further troubleshooting to offer. There are many knowledgeable users active on the forum and I hope that someone else can offer further insight into your issue. Thank you, Ibhadighi
