Copy event from one Outlook Calendar to another - browser

I cannot believe it's this difficult - I must be missing something. I am accessing Outlook through a browser (not the desktop app)

I just want to copy an event from a work calendar to my personal calendar. I have tried Ctrl+C but when I switch to another calendar I cannot paste.

The only option/workaround I have found is going into the event I want to copy and then choosing duplicate, but then I have to go in and delete the other invitees - surely there's an easier way!

Hi AKC9999,

First and foremost, thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum and please accept our sincerest hope that all is well.

We understand that you want to copy an event from your work calendar to your personal calendar.

A copy and paste operation for calendar events does not actually work in any calendar. In fact, when you right click an event there's actually no option to "Copy" which is basically he equivalent of using Ctrl + C command.

If you wanted to copy an event from your work calendar to your personal calendar, you need to forward the event from your work calendar to your personal calendar. If this is an Outlook.com calendar you can do something similar to our Create, modify, or delete a meeting request or appointment in Outlook.com guide specifically the steps in the photo below:

We look forward to your response.
