Can't print multiple emails at once on Outlook client anymore

I downloaded the desktop client just so I can print multiple emails at once. It worked last week, but now I can't do it.

On a Mac it's Command then highlight the emails File -> Print. The "Print" isn't lit up anymore.

Any help appreciated!

In Outlook application , you can print an email via hold down the Ctrl key and select the emails in message list, then click File->Print

Holding down the Control key on a Mac is the same as a right click.

I have screenshot below of what I'm seeing when the emails are highlighted and I try to print. Again, this worked last week. But not now.

Please try below troubleshooting steps

1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings
2. Then click Printers & Scanners in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
3. Control-click the printer in the Printers list on the right, then choose Reset Printing System.
4.If you are using the latest version of the safari browser, try to clear the browser cache and history or use other browsers and check if it helps resolve the issue.

I went through the trouble shooting steps but printing multiple emails at one time is still not and option. Like I said, it worked last week. Were there changes over the weekend?Image

Can you please try to modify or change the printer settings on your Mac device? Please try to follow the below procedure and select printing Preferences - Mac.

1. In the Apple menu or the Dock, select System Preferences.
2. Select Print & Fax, Print & Scan, or Printers & Scanners, select your product, and select Options & Supplies.
3. Select Driver or Options.
4. Select any of the available printing preferences.
5. Click OK.

Uninstalling and re-installing did not work. Can I ask if you can print multiple emails at the same time? If so, let me know how you can do it. If not, I feel like Outlook was changed somehow.

Yes you can print multiple emails at the same time
Please follow below methods


Hold down the Command key while selecting items, or also use drag-selection to highlight the messages.
Select File > Print or press Command+P.

I have the exact same problem. Last week I could print multiple emails. This week the print option is not available when selecting multiple emails.

I have tried everything Yogita Rajurkar suggests so far. Nothing is successful.

I can supply the added information that everyone in my office has MacOS and Outlook 365 for desktop. This is affecting no one else but me. All others are able to see the File>Print option when selecting multiple emails.

Another option is requested.
