Can't log into Office 365 account using Outlook

I have Outlook from Office 365, and it continues to prompt me for a password and won't download or send any messages. I've attempted the repair, but it doesn't help. I've confirmed that I can log into the Office365 webmail on the machine on which Outlook desktop doesn't work, and the Outlook webmail works fine.

I'm stumped, so if someone can offer a suggestion, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Ted
