Welcome to Microsoft community.
I would like to know if the current issue you're encountering is that your @outlook.com email account is not receiving authentication emails from Discord? Or other email accounts you have configured in the Outlook client cannot receive authentication emails? If it is another email account, may I know what email account it is? Gmail, Yahoo?
I would also like to know if this email account is normal for sending and receiving other emails?

I'm very grateful for all of the support i've received from you=)
yes! the current issue i'm encountering that's my ( ********@hotmail.com ) @outlook/hotmail.com email account is not receiving authentication emails from the Discord.
yes! this ( *******@hotmail.com ) email account is normal for sending and receiving other emails.
p.s. nothing in junk email and haven't created any rules yet.

Since you're posting your question in the Outlook for Windows section, we'd like to know if you're able to receive authentication emails from Discord at outlook.com?

Thank you for responding again and providing more detailed information.
We appreciate you moving the post to the appropriate section. We have currently upgraded your post so that more community members can see your post.
Also, since your current issue is not receiving verification emails from Discord in Outlook.com, as the Outlook client syncs what is happening in the server. So, in essence your problem is no longer related to the Outlook client. I may not be able to continue helping you.
But please be assured that for now your post has been moved to the correct section and has been escalated, after which a technical support person who specializes in Outlook.com issues will assist you with your problem.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:
When was the last time you received authentication email from Discord?
Have you already reached out to Discord about the issue?
Please consider adding Discord's email domain onto your safe senders list: Safe Senders in Outlook.com - once done please allow it to process for two hours and try requesting an authentication email from Discord again.
I want to give you more troubleshooting steps at this time. However, first of all, we may have to wait for the above answers to ensure that we understand your concerns correctly and that we can provide the necessary information.

(30-july-2022)was the last time i received the authentication email from the Discord.
second:
i have not yet reached out to Discord about the issue. (will be consider)
third:
i already added Discord's email domain onto my safe senders list.
finally:

Please reach out first to Discord support online and get back to us with their suggestions and recommendations so that they can also check your email account on their system because I have already catered multiple cases like this and ended up Discord is the one having an issue and not the account.
